Boardwalk Empire star Paz de la Huerta lunched with Scott Lipps, president of modeling agency One Management, earlier this week. And things apparently went well, because the agency confirmed to "Page Six" that they've signed Paz and will represent her in future modeling and endorsement deals. But how will the inevitably oddball hair and makeup (lipstick in particular) affect her behavior on shoots? [Page Six/NYP]
