I'm a big believer in filling your closet with pieces that will look as good in five years as they do today. And great dresses are one way to complete the always-having-something-to-wear wardrobe. So when Target announced that it was bringing back a limited collection of designer dresses to celebrate the 5th anniversary of its Go International Collective, I was excited.
